On the docket:
-Expand bench from four to five players? Decision: Expand bench to five players.
-Because of the ability to nuke, do we get rid of team swap special season? Decision: Keep team swap.
-Should the home team have a choice of game speed? Decision: No choice of game speed.

Here's the formal proposal for a revamped Lounge format—the basic rules and bylaws. I'll keep it as simple as possible. It's actually pretty straightforward.
1) We draft, as usual.
2) We play Seasons 1 and 2.
3) Once season 2 is over -- really, any time any season ends after that -- any player may trigger a "nuke" to partially scramble the teams and force a partial redraft.
4) There are 2 nukes available throughout the course of the campaign. Anyone can use them, but only once per person.…

Below is a basic rundown of a new Lounge format. Here's what I've got in mind:
Regular snake draft, same as always.
Play S1.
After S1, the competition becomes "newk-able" by any competitor.
There are two "newks" available throughout the '19 campaign. Once S1 finishes, they can be triggered at any time and by anyone.

On the eve of the much-anticipated team swap season, several loungers are dragging their feet to close out season 7 (you know who you are).
Anyway, for the team swap season, Dale will play with Russell's team, Eric will play with Dale's team, Jon will play with Chris' team, Chris will play with Eric's team, Russell will play with Leif's team, and last but not least, Leif will play with Jon's team.
We are all waiting with bated breath.
